How KonutProjeleri works

KonutProjeleri brings together new residential, villa and office developments across Türkiye. You do not buy anything here: you make direct contact with the sales team of the development you are interested in. What makes us different is simple — our team visits every development on site before it goes live, checks the building permit and title status, and verifies the stated construction progress with its own eyes.

1. Search and filter

Start with the district, the type of development and a budget. Then narrow with the filters that actually decide a purchase: number of rooms, minimum floor area, delivery date, down-payment share, instalment term, mortgage eligibility and part-exchange. Every price you see in a listing is the starting price of the smallest unit type — that is what "from" means.

2. Unit types and the real price

On the development page each unit type is a separate row: room count, gross and net square metres, bathrooms, floor plan and the price range for that type. The difference between net and gross is where buyers most often go wrong, so both are shown. Where the number of remaining units is known, that is shown too.

3. Payment terms

  • The down-payment share and the developer’s own instalment term are stated on the page.
  • A down payment shown as 0% means "not stated", not "no deposit required".
  • Mortgage eligibility and part-exchange are listed separately.
  • Where a service-charge estimate exists it is shown — that is your monthly cost after handover.

4. Enquiry and appointment

Only your name and phone number are required. Your enquiry goes straight to that development’s sales team and you receive an enquiry code you can use to check its status. If you ask for an appointment, the sales office address and time arrive by email.

Do you charge buyers?

No. We also take no commission on sales, so no commission rate decides which development gets shown first.

Frequently asked questions

Are the prices current?
Developers update prices from their own panel and each development shows when it was last updated. Construction prices move quickly, so confirm the figure in your conversation. You can also set a price alert on any development.
Is the delivery date firm?
It is a commitment, but slippage is common in the sector. That is why we show a quarter rather than a day. Read it alongside the developer’s completed-project count and the current construction progress — both are on the page.
Will my number be passed to other companies?
No. Your details go only to the sales team of the development you asked about — never to other developers, data brokers or ad networks.
